The hotel provided a good view of the pool and had air conditioning in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful with accommodating requests. Location-wise, it was very convenient as it was just a short walk from the beach and had easy access to public transportation.
The food and drink options were limited, especially during breakfast. Despite daily cleaning, there were minor maintenance issues in the room such as a broken water tap and poor television reception.

The hotel has a perfect location, close to the shops and the beach; but at the same time it is very quiet. Everything was very good - in particular the restaurant. The best was a very helpful staff. The owner took great care in helping we with a complicated problem with my computer.

This hotel offered great value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was situated away from the busy center of Heraklion and in a designated area. The supermarket next door was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were also friendly and attentive. Our room, with a terrace leading straight onto the poolside, was kept clean throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast included a variety of local dishes, which was a delightful touch.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The staff was nice and helpfull.
The place is not bad, but I wouldn't stay there again... If you want to visit Crete, don't stay in Iraklion, choose Rethymino or even better Chania.
